Elizabeth Forspan, Esq. of Forspan Klear LLP, a New York Estate and Elder Care Planning law firm, will discuss the intersection of estate planning and elder care planning and how the two work together, as well as how they sometimes diverge. Elizabeth will give real-life examples and work through different planning techniques so practitioners can help their clients see the potential pitfalls before they arise. She will discuss Medicaid planning, estate tax planning and income taxation issues.
She is a frequent lecturer on Elder Law & Estate Planning across the United States for accounts and private wealth professionals. She was named Super Lawyers' “Rising Star” for the last four consecutive years as a result of her work and comes with experience working at one of the “Big Four” international accounting firms.
